Here is everything you need to know for your first visit to Onsight.
All first-time visitors to Onsight are required to fill in the waiver form.
New to climbing?
Can I climb?
All able-bodied persons who are at least 5 years old and 85cm tall can climb at Onsight.
What to prepare?
- Equipment are available for rent
- Bring a pair of sock if you intend to rent shoes
- Trim your nails
- Wear comfortable clothing
- Water cooler, snack, and drink machines are available
- Parking is available
Need some guidance?
Book an ‘Experiential Climbing’ session. A private instructor will introduce you to the different styles of climbing and guide through the basic techniques, styles, equipment, and safety.
Already a climber?
All participants may use our auto-belay lanes and bouldering walls after a quick safety briefing. However, in order to be able top-rope belay or lead climb/belay, all participants must be verified by our staff on competency using assisted braking devices. Want to learn how to belay?
Onsight's Top Rope Workshop (TRW) is designed for beginners with little to no knowledge of the basics of Top Rope Belaying. Participants will be taught about the personal equipment vital to the sport and what is required to be a safe, proficient belayer.
